Once I connected with Jared it was a huge relief. I had an uncommon route and most didn’t want to entertain. It was from ID to NM and Jared came through! Even between reaching out and my shipping date I was out of service for a few days and he handled everything for me.

I was shipping a car from WA to MD. Jared was great through the entire process. He educated me on how this industry works (it was my first time shipping a car) and warned about bait-and-switch scam (I spoke with many of those while shopping around). Jared found a reliable carrier and helped with coordinating delivery. Thanks to Jared, I didn't have to take the entire day off while waiting for delivery. Jared arranged a 1-hour advance phone call from the carrier. I was able to work for the most of the day and took off from work only when the carrier was 40 minutes away. I'm also happy with the carrier that Jared found. The car arrived in the same conditions as it was shipped.

Jared was informative and was able to get me a good price lower than all my other estimates. Despite the delay on my end confirming the shipping, he was able to maintain my price and similar ship date. Maintained communication and explained all the steps. From NV to OR I was able to get my car picked up within two days of consult and delivered in 3 (delayed one night by weather). Will definitely use again!
